Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Your Take Weddings, referred to as "we," "us," or "our," and the client, referred to as "you" or "your," in relation to the services provided by You Take Weddings.

2. Booking Process
2.1 To book our services, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
2.2 We will dispatch a video recording kit, including cameras and instructions, to your specified address a week before the wedding date.
2.3 By using our services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

3. Camera Responsibility
3.1 You are responsible for the safekeeping of the cameras provided by Your Take Weddings.
3.2 In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the cameras, you agree that we may deduct an amount from your original payment to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
3.3 You must return the cameras to us promptly after your event using the provided packaging and return label.

4. Editing Process
4.1 Upon receiving the cameras, our editing process will commence.
4.2 The editing time may take up to 4 weeks from the date we receive the cameras.
4.3 We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the 4-week timeframe, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

5. Content
5.1 You grant us the right to use the footage provided for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Payment
6.1 The remaining balance is due 10 days before the wedding day, when we will dispatch the cameras to your address.
6.2 Failure to make payment within 10 days of the wedding may result in the loss of the original 50% deposit.

7. Cancellation
7.1 The non-refundable deposit is retained for all cancellations.

8. Liability
8.1 We will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

9. Amendments
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2 Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
